
I provided services for a local real estate group called Compass Estates who is a Brokerage for Royal Le Page in the Niagara area.
This was both a remote and in house role for their St. Catharines location. I really enjoyed learning about the local housing market and areas of the city I didn’t know. Getting to try my hand at marketing for realty group and that industry was very interesting as well.

Position Responsibilities

- Managed daily administrative operations, including scheduling, client communications and tracking agent email account activity, appointment coordination, record maintenance, ordering office supplies.
- Served as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional customer service and received orders and shipments for the office.
- Created and executed marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital advertising platforms, and event presentations and signage.
- Developed engaging content including photography, videography, graphic design, and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.
- Planned, scheduled, and published content across multiple social media channels to maintain a consistent online presence and coordinated efforts with a remote agent and task delegation.
- Edited photos and videos for marketing campaigns, property promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Maintained and updated company websites, online listings, and digital and print marketing assets.
- Managed the company’s Google Business Profile and other online directories to improve local search visibility and customer engagement and began working to improve their SEO.
- Assisted with event planning, promotional activities, and community outreach efforts.
- Prepared reports, presentations, monthly newsletters and marketing materials for management and clients.
- Organized and maintained digital files, client databases, and marketing assets.
- Participated in team planning meetings with design and real estate staff, documenting key discussion points, organizing action items, and assisting with the development of weekly task priorities, as well as weekly training meetings to employ better work flow.
- Monitored social media engagement, responded to inquiries, and fostered positive client relationships online.
The Compass Estates Annual Golf Tournament and Fundraiser
In this amazing event I was able to auction off one of my paintings and many other items for the the Gillian’s Place Foundation and we raised thousands for the fundraiser.

Compass Estates September Newsletter
Myself and my Virtual Assistant produced a several page monthly email newsletter for each of the eight agents. These featuring their current properties and some of their resent achievements and reviews. A sections for local trends and stats was also included. Fallowed by a section of local events/activities we were involved in and feature some of our sponsors and achievements as a company.
